The 2026 International Symposium on Digital Energy and Conversion Technologies (DECT 2026) will be held in Sanya, China, from September 18 to 20, 2026. Sponsored by Xihua University, China, and co-organized by the Hainan Institute of Zhejiang University, DECT 2026 provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss recent advances in digital energy systems and energy conversion technologies.

The symposium focuses on two main tracks: Digital Energy Systems and Smart Grids, and Energy Conversion Technologies and Power Electronics. Topics include smart grid modeling and operation, cyber-physical energy systems, digital twins, data-driven energy management, power electronic converters, renewable energy conversion, energy storage integration, electric machines, and electric transportation.

DECT 2026 warmly welcomes original and high-quality contributions from academia and industry. Through keynote speeches, invited talks, and technical paper presentations, the symposium will offer participants an excellent opportunity to discuss current challenges, explore future research directions, and establish international cooperation in digital energy and conversion technologies.
